What to Do in the Historic Centre?
You can take a relaxing walk around the Historic Centre of San Luis Potosi and visit tourist attractions nearby like the main square, Plaza Fundadores, Plaza San Francisco, Plaza del Carmen, the Cathedral, the Teatro de La Paz, Regional Museum, the Federico Silva Museum, Masks Museum, the San Francisco Church and the El Carmen Church.
Events in San Luis Potosi:
During the vacation season you can participate in the Fiesta de Luz in the Historic Centre. In this event, the El Carmen Church is the venue of an amazing light show and recreational activities.
During the Easter takes place the traditional and authentic Procession of Silence.
On August San Luis Potosi celebrates the Feria Nacional Potosina.
Every Friday you can enjoy the traditional “callejoneadas” in the Historic Centre.
